SALES TAX

To create a new account at Sadlier please email customerservice@sadlier.com with your complete bill to and ship to address including contact name, institution name, street address, city, state, zip code, email address for the account and telephone number. Alternatively, you can create a new account on Sadlier’s Estore. Please include a copy of state exempt tax forms, wholesale certificates, homeschool letters and teaching certificates, if applicable.

HOMESCHOOL ACCOUNTS

To create a Home School account at Sadlier please email customerservice@sadlier.com with your complete bill to and ship to address including your name, street address, city, state, zip code, email address for the account and telephone number along with a copy of your home school certification letter or teaching certificate. You can also create a Homeschool account on our eStore and email customerservice@sadlier.com a copy of your home school certification letter or teaching certificate. Upon receipt of your Homeschool or teaching certification, Sadlier’s Customer Service Team will update your account so you can purchase teaching materials.


SHIPPING

All shipments sent UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or freight, according to weight. Allow 1–3 weeks for delivery. Add Shipping and handling charges of 12% of the order total price (plus $5.95 if the order total price is less than $500.00). Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please call for shipping quotes. There is a 2% handling fee or a $7.95 minimum handling fee for customers who use their own shipping company.


PRICE

eStore and catalog prices reflect a discount (allowable for shipping to educational institutions only). Prices are in effect October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024. Prices are subject to change without notice.


DIGITAL ORDERS

All digital orders have an account activation fee. For all orders the activation fee is 5% of the total order. When ordering eBooks, Interactive Editions, and Online Assessments, and other digital products, please call 1-800-221-5175. All digital orders must include a Digital Activation form.

INTERNATIONAL AND U.S. TERRITORIES

Please contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@sadlier.com for an estimated international freight/shipping quote for your order. Please include what you would like to order, (ISBN’s, title and quantity), your complete shipping and billing address (including postal code), phone, fax number, email address. Orders must be paid in advance in U.S. dollars via credit card, check or wire transfer. Any customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders where Sadlier has a third-party distributor may be forwarded to the distributor for processing.


EUROPEAN UNION (EU) AND EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)

We currently do not directly provide our goods and services to educators and schools in the EU or EEA. Your local distributor may carry some of our products. CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

Credit cards will be pre-approved for the entire order at the time the order is placed. We only charge credit cards for items that have shipped.

Sadlier accepts payment by ClassWallet, please upload your Sadlier Invoice or Purchase Order to ClassWallet, and then ClassWallet will process the payment to Sadlier.


RETURN POLICY

100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed! Materials in resalable condition are accepted for return within 60 days of invoice date. A partial return of bundled products for a credit will cause any applicable discount to be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the credit. For further information, please visit http://www.Sadlier.com/Return-Policy. For return authorization, you must email, mail, or fax a letter to Customer Service, with the sales order number and your complete address, stating titles, quantities, and the reason for the return of the materials. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their return materials.

No returns permitted on: Bundles, Tests, Blackline Masters, CD, eBooks, Interactive Editions, Online Assessments, or materials opened in kits or 10-packs.

Stamped or marked books, Teacher's Editions, and Activity Books cannot be returned for credit.
